Cec is a gloopy yellow fluid which smells great and tastes like garlic. . Cec's properties are mostly magical in nature, but do make use of its natural makeup and is uniquly useful to miners. Cec was first discovered by the traveler Kliggel vyim Rolɑrtɑtems within the Kiklajsuzu Heath durring the late 17th century in early fall of the year 1660.
