Iriena was first discovered by the priest Vûf̄sh Vúrmbó̄ 'Trigress Eva' Härmé̄ Yawmb Ya̋g Coú̄sh Coī̋nḱ within the Fta-gi̽t Heath durring the early 18th century in early fall of the year 1738.
