Oiccea Oil

Oiccea oil is a wattery slate oil with a cyan sheen which smells safe and tastes like dragon breath.. Oiccea Oil's properties are mostly mundane but augmented with natural magic and is uniquly useful an alchemical reagent. Oiccea Oil was first discovered by the knight Gwendolen Toews within the Pukovoz̄i Woodlands durring the early 10th century.
