Owtu Offal

The Owtu is a medium solitary carnivore. They are most easily described as a melding of a Squid and a Basking Shark. The dosscile's organs holds special properties. Owtu Offal's properties are a blend of its material nature and magical makeup and is uniquly useful in the creation of rope. Owtu Offal was first discovered by the guard Brëmê Zlepí within the Âbâyà àchûræ Forest durring the early 11th century.
