Pslkvedalite is a rough glossey white metamorphic rock Pslkvedalite's properties are a blend of its material nature and magical makeup and is uniquly useful in the process of bookbinding. Pslkvedalite was first discovered by the ranger Shêpînh Zlkêtco within the Liö Qüee̜ Woodlands in time immemorial. Shêpînh Zlkêtco's discover was believed to have occured some time durring the late 5th century.
