Qutimene is a lumpy glossey light blue sedimentary rock Qutimene's properties are a blend of its material nature and magical makeup and is uniquly useful in the creation of rope. Qutimene was first discovered by the rancher Tshêyeshë nis Herneith within the Cievî-fobê Shrublands durring the early 12th century.
