Cess Offal

The Cess is a medium herd-based omnivore. They are most easily described as a melding of a Imperial Moth, a Rooster, and a Cougar. The passive's organs holds special properties. Cess Offal's properties are mostly magical in nature, but do make use of its natural makeup and is uniquly useful to the arcane arts. Cess Offal was first discovered by the explorer Bé̄nvōnv Béō 'Garnet Magic' Mé̄́ Jóō Mbónḱ within the Hez̄udedi Forest durring the late 9th century.
