Oeccti

Oeccti is a syrupy blue fluid with a charcoal sheen which smells like caramel and tastes metallic.. Oeccti's properties are mostly magical in nature, but do make use of its natural makeup and is uniquly useful for making dye. Oeccti was first discovered by the shepherd Ênka Shëkdsî within the Dolî Lu̹silâ Woods durring the early 19th century in late winter of the year 1829.
