Outuoi Blood

Outuoi blood is a syrupy light grey herb which glows burnt orange and smells like pears and tastes somewhat like rum. . Outuoi Blood's properties are entirly magical in nature and is uniquly useful as a light source. Outuoi Blood was first discovered by the mage Durnanu Drorsair within the G̈ëkê-hêmizo Forest durring the early 19th century in late winter of the year 1815.
