Ppgh Oil's properties are a blend of its material nature and magical makeup and is uniquly useful for making dye. Ppgh Oil was first discovered by the alchemist Yä̋g Cās 'Andre Kitty' Bë̌s Mërm Yākīó̄ Rérm Rēkīkī within the Sesmebiēùw Maquis durring the early 15th century in spring of the year 1402.
