Sciar Astilbe

Sciar Astilbe is a perennial simmilar to Blue Fescue and Butterfly-Weed, which is most poisionious. Sciar Astilbe's properties are mostly magical in nature, but do make use of its natural makeup and is uniquly useful in the creation of paper and paper-like materials. Sciar Astilbe was first discovered by the ranger Nia Probert within the Vazehedu Forest durring the early 13th century in fall of the year 1229.
