Shmgu Balm is a perennial simmilar to Lady's Mantle and Garden Phlox that is somewhat poisionious. Shmgu Balm's properties are entirly magical in nature and is uniquly useful as a light source. Shmgu Balm was first discovered by the carpenter Dulepa Shumungo within the Nrot Tus Heath in time immemorial. Dulepa Shumungo's discover was believed to have occured some time durring the late 6th century.
