Toa oil is a thin charcoal oil with a slate sheen which smells like fresh dirt and tastes very good. . Toa Oil's properties are mostly magical in nature, but do make use of its natural makeup and is uniquly useful in the creation of paper and paper-like materials. Toa Oil was first discovered by the inventor Trgëgêpí Fyèlêyê within the Îqe Chyohæ Forest in time immemorial. Trgëgêpí Fyèlêyê's discover was believed to have occured some time durring the early 9th century.
