Uipp

Uipp is a ribbed pentagonal blue crystal. Uipp's properties are a blend of its material nature and magical makeup and is uniquly useful an alchemical reagent. Uipp was first discovered by the weaver Reginald Zlkèbë within the Meyûyu̽ S̺izi Prairie in time immemorial. Reginald Zlkèbë's discover was believed to have occured some time durring the early 9th century.
