Wroops Balm's properties are a blend of its material nature and magical makeup and is uniquly useful an alchemical reagent. Wroops Balm was first discovered by the shepherd Eluned Wynn within the Ifgǐ Kǐgiytip Woodlands in time immemorial. Eluned Wynn's discover was believed to have occured some time durring the early 9th century.
