liquid Oeo is a thick light grey fluid with rose ribbons running through it which smells odd and tastes like snow.. Liquid Oeo's properties are a blend of its material nature and magical makeup and is uniquly useful to the arcane arts. Liquid Oeo was first discovered by the mage Dyesm Shrervobon within the Bloodmoss Forest in time immemorial. Dyesm Shrervobon's discover was believed to have occured some time durring the early 5th century.
