The City-state of Kakoray (also known as Kakoray) is a a member of the League of Gnollish Cities, a loose alliance of nations in north western Eyom which loosly function as part of a greater whole. Its predominantly Gnollish citizens live within its 141,660 km2, and primarily speak Zräysian.
As with all of the gnollish city states, the City-state of Kakoray is ruled by a King or Queen. In Kakoray, the sovereign is the most prominent citizen within Dahivu̽Î Mudâ (regardless of their former station), and supported by subordinate lords pledged to them. The ruling class of Kakoray are people who are a part of magically empowered bloodlines, with few exceptions. Their authority is stable enough endure even fierce shocks, due to their current greatest asset, their diplomats' awe inspiring cunning. The largest issue currently facing Kakoray is the sovereign's attempts to crush an insubordinate who has obtained too much power.
