The Kingdom of Hobben (also known as Hobben) is a a military junta in western Eyom. Its predominantly Goblin citizens live within its 657,402 km2, and primarily speak Goblin.
The Kingdom of Hobben is ruled by a Queen who serves as the nation's Sovereign, but grants power to one or more War Queens during times of war, with War Queens having no power over civilian affairs and existing for the duration of a specific conflict. In Hobben, the sovereign is chosen by the common folk and serves at their pleasure, and supported by the church. The ruling class of Hobben are the most elite citizens of Qi̘v Iēuùloi̊raf, with few exceptions. Their authority is has significant problems, but it functions, due to their current greatest asset, their access to powerful sorceries. The largest issue currently facing Hobben is foreign powers are stirring up and backing a group of malcontents.
