The Picham Community (also known as Pichamland) is a an alliance of independent communes located in southern Eyom. Its predominantly Tauric citizens live within its 158,168 km2, and primarily speak Wèshèti.
The Picham Community is governed by a President who serves as the head of state for the Office of the Government of Picham, a bureaucratic institution which serves as the state's true Sovereign, with the President acting more as the director of a company, providing a common goal and direction while handling the crises of governance, while the OGP handles day to day affairs. In Pichamland, the sovereign is the most powerful (or wealthy) merchant within Pichamland's bounds, and supported by Pichamland's powerful and well respected judicial system. The ruling class of Pichamland are people who are a part of magically empowered bloodlines, with few exceptions. Their authority is stable enough endure even fierce shocks, due to their current greatest asset, their zelitiously loyal populace. The largest issue currently facing Pichamland is the current heir is seen by most of the government as unacceptable.

The Picham Community's millitary is average for Eyom with a few boons and banes. It favors an infantry heavy millitary composision, with little in the way of armored calvery. It has a small fleet of airships which serve as forward operating bases and little else. Pichamland's armed forces eschews magical solutions whenever possible. The millitary favors a doctrine of trench warfare in its millitary operations, but is willing and able to use others should the need arise. Pichamland's armed forces are entirly of volenteers, which generaly view themselves as protectors of the people who serve the intrests of the nobility, by righting the world's wrongs.
