The Saborrian City-state

The Saborrian City-state (also known as Saborri) is a a member of the League of Gnollish Cities, a loose alliance of nations in north western Eyom which loosly function as part of a greater whole. Its predominantly Gnollish citizens live within its 12,214 km², and primarily speak Zräysian.

Government and Politics

As with all of the gnollish city states, the Saborrian City-state is ruled by a King or Queen. In Saborri, the sovereign is chosen by the common folk and serves at their pleasure, and supported by the church.

The ruling class of Saborri are members of the Labdsism's clergy, with few exceptions. Their authority is stable enough endure even fierce shocks, due to their current greatest asset, the popular support of the populace. The largest issue currently facing Saborri is the current heir is seen by most of the government as unacceptable.

Soverign

The current soverign of the Saborrian City-state is [ruler name]. They presently rely on a large support network for their power, with few officials supporting them, but rather their supporters.

Millitary

The Saborrian City-state's millitary is sub par for Eyom, with so many drawbacks it could use major reforms. It favors a mixture of armored calvery and infantry, while using airships for close support and command centers. Saborri's armed forces heavily favor advanced technology.

The millitary favors a doctrine of total war in its millitary operations, but is willing and able to use others should the need arise. Saborri's armed forces are a fully conscripted force kept in line by an officer's corpse, which generaly view themselves as protectors of the people who serve as Saborri's shield, by righting the world's wrongs.
