The Tetbur Commune (also known as Tetburland) is a a member of the League of Gnollish Cities, a loose alliance of nations in north western Eyom which loosly function as part of a greater whole. Its predominantly Tauric citizens live within its 1,089,872 km2, and primarily speak Wèshèti.
As with all of the gnollish city states, the Tetbur Commune is ruled by a King or Queen. In Tetburland, the sovereign is descended from a noble bloodline, and supported by various bureaucratic organizations run by the common people. The ruling class of Tetburland are members of a hereditary nobility, and old-wealth families who while not necessarily titled, have vast treasuries, with few exceptions. Their authority is has significant problems, but it functions, due to their current greatest asset, their diplomats' awe inspiring cunning. The largest issue currently facing Tetburland is a group of ministers are attempting to usurp power.

The Tetbur Commune's millitary is ahead of the curve for Eyom, with few problems and a few serious advantages. It favors a mixture of armored calvery and infantry, while using airships for close support and command centers. Tetburland's millitary uses a balnce of arcane and technological based systems. The millitary favors a doctrine of defence diplomacy in its millitary operations, but is willing and able to use others should the need arise. Tetburland's armed forces are a mixture of volenteer specilists and constructs, which generaly view themselves as a caste of warriors above from civilians who serve the intrests of the nobility, by honing their skills to the utmost peek in preperation for war.
