Phgnerite

Phgnerite is a streaky pentagonal light blue crystal which glows dimly. Phgnerite's properties are mostly mundane but augmented with natural magic and is uniquly useful in the construction of watercraft. Phgnerite was first discovered by the explorer Mp̪f̄́r Vúń̄y 'Dixon Belle' Mä̋mp̪f̄ Cúń̄r Yä̋s Khunromud within the Ràs̺a Gîlà Woods durring the early 14th century in summer of the year 1333.
