The Outnach Steppe (outnach /stɛp/ Outmarches [Translation Unavailable]) is a subtropical steppe on the coast of the Upper Warding Range region. Outnach Steppe is a relatively typical steppe for Upper Warding Range, as well as Eyom as a whole.

Kobold

The Kobold subculture native to the Outnach Steppe are noticably much bigger and bulkier than neighbors. While they follow the broader tennents of Wood Elf culture, they have diffrenciated themselves by adopting a tradition of intricate hair styles or braiding and base their sence of individual idenity on regional and province-based identity. They also place greater cultural emphasus on honesty and truthfulness in speech and dominating and possessing other people.

Imperial

The Imperial subculture native to the Outnach Steppe are noticably smaller and slighter than their neighbors. While they follow the broader tennents of Wood Elf culture, they have diffrenciated themselves by adopting a tradition of painted skin markings that sometimes change and base their sence of individual idenity on identity based on their local community. They also place greater cultural emphasus on discipline and obedience to the law and purging evil and expelling the wicked.

Local Religion

The Outnach Steppe is overseen by Potentate Aeyar Hoditandros Ælfros, a god serving within Therilism, the region's principal religion. Approximately 46% of the population self-report as devout. The Outnach Steppe is considered underserved by the divines despite shrines in all settled areas.

Outnach Steppe is predominantly economicly reiant on Upper Warding Range's export of Arcana, and has no outstanding industries byond what is required for its role in that process.
